Job Description
We are looking for either part time or full time employees with at least 3 days availability. We are looking for someone who represents the restaurant well, as well as can handle phone calls and in house guests. We are looking for personable energetic people to match our vibe here at Thompson 105. We are flexible with our schedules, and we look forward to meeting you! Our Host position is a tipped position as they receive tip outs from servers as well as take out tips.

Nestled directly adjacent to Thompson Peak in the McDowell Mountain neighborhood sits our design for Thompson 105, where the philosophy that food tastes better outside in nature is fully respected.
The protagonists in this design story are the McDowell Mountains, providing the ultimate breath-taking backdrop. Connecting guests to the grandeur of the surrounding scenery is a major design focal point, where the line between outdoors and indoors disappears. Abundant windows and a large, decorative open patio effectively bring the outdoors indoors, transforming casual dining into an incredibly rich, lived experience.
Complimentary to the breath-taking views, soft lighting, wooden paneling, and a cool color palette create a warm, family-friendly environment. A wood fired rotisserie adds an additional feeling of comfort to the space, providing the perfect setting for relaxed, yet magnificent, dining.
